Taking CSM 4X a day isn't easy!! I had to plan everything out and got a

pill case so I wouldn't foget to take my other meds. Yea, the little blue pill

case made me feel old but it worked. Without it I could never remember how

many I took a day.. Once at a dinnner party I suddenly had to dspit my chip &

dig out because I realized I had just taken a hit of the CSM 15 mins.

before! My entire day centered around the CSM BUT I NEVER missed a dose!!

Get the small size kiddie sippy bottles, rubbermaid are best they don't

leak. I got mine at WalMart. One for CSM one for water & take the straws out.

Mix your CSM before you go out and you're ready to go!! Just shake it up and

drink!! Donj't forget the extra water!!!

Great questions. I do the vitamins one hour after my CSM. Sometimes two.

I take high

doses of Vit C througout the day but keep it one hour before or one hour

after. It is

amazing how you need to plan out your schedule with the CSM. Fat soluble

vitamins are

the ones of most concern as the CSM bind to them.

, I have a book loaned out to one of the teacher's in my school.

As soon as she's done you are welcome to borrow it. Don't you live in DE?

I'm not far from you and we could even meet halfway and have lunch or a coke!!

That would be fun!
