Guest guest
Hi, MORE SALT! ;-) DrR Please come by clinic for more info. 1 year hi everyone I don't post very often. I had a few questions. I am 1 year out lost 113. I feel good. I want to loose another 11 I think. I loose down to 138 and then bounce back to 144. Is this normal? If I really atch I get down to 138 but I feel dizzy and can't stand up fast. It seems like when I weigh 140s I feel better. Is this in my mind? I know 144 doesn't sound thin to alot of people but I am 5'4 and at that weight I wear a size 2. I am afraid since I have been bouncing back in forth for a couple months that I will just keep gaining and go more than 144. Do you gain alot after your one year out? Is it easy to gain back all your weight? I guess I'm just scared I don't ever want to be heavy again. Thanks Cassy

Guest guest
It is about my one year anniversery, when I gave up and went to live and be nursed by my sister, who I will allways remember as " the person who saved my life " I am much healthier now, do in large part to all the help I have gotted on this site. Many thanks. Too all the people who are mulling about on the subject of housing- if I have learned one thing- you can not expect to get better living in a contaminated enviroment. Beg , or borrow, tent, go back and live with mom, whatever , please get yourself out first, that goes for work also, and never allow anyone to do any type of renovation anywhere you work or live- " when in doubt - get out " I think that would be a good motto for
Guest guest
, Congratulations on your 1 yr. I am happy for you. Isn't it wonderful to feel normal? I think that I am one of the many people on this board to have a great success story. There is a new life after surgery. It has been a great one for me. I am glad you are gaining weight and feeling great!!!!!!! Dawn in Ohio > > At this time last year I was sitting by my hospital bed. Yes I have had spasms and pain here and there, but I can eat > almost anything and I am sleeping 100% better. I have gained around 15 > pounds. So to all the new comers and everyone having trouble with this > disease, there is hope you can reach a level place where eating is very > managable.
