Guest guest
Dear Branislav, I have had Panic Disorder & Agoraphobia for many years, and since childhood, which was a long time ago, whenever I am under a great deal of stress, I find that my OCD acts up, but I am able to control it. I went through 5 years of therapy and also studied psychology in college, and I have found that Progressive Relaxation and Visualization work the best, to calm myself. When I first started practicing Progressive Relaxation, and I mean practicing every single day, I really had my doubts as to whether it would work, and many times I was ready to give up, but I stuck with it, I got very good at it, and I'm extremely thankful I did, because it has gotten me through many difficult situations. You could also check out the OCD Foundation on the web. It's a very good site. Hope this has been somewhat helpful.
