And here is why: Mold cases are complex litigation. They are extemely expensive and difficult to win, even when the plantiff has all their ducks in a row and have much documentation and many professionals to prove everything they are saying. People, who have difficulty with mold, often times have to leave their homes, they are subject to a barage of medicines and medical evaluations, the financial impact in almost all mold cases are great while going through the process. It does not make sense that anyone would intentionally put themselves through this ordeal. If we were talking a simple whip lash with a quick in and out ambulance chaser attorney, then yea, it's possibility. But these cases are expensive, long and labor intensive for even a specialist attorney. I just buy that there are many fraudulent mold claims.
