Guest guest
Judy, would you please tell me about the nasal canula that you use? I have the full nose and am wondering if the one like you have would work. I also start at 4 and in 10 minutes, I am up to 9. The gentleman who got my machine up said that a 9 is not severe, just sort of moderate. Thanks....Debby [ ] CPAP > I have had a CPAP machine since the first of the year. > It makes a big difference in my sleep. I opted for > the nasal canula (sp??) instead of the full mask. Guest guest
, Here's one more small item to worry about. The C-Pap can be a source of mold problems: If you use a humidifier, empty and dry it daily; periodically rinse the interior with diluted bleach. Regularly wipe the interior of the face mask with rubbing alcohol. Dust mites can also colonize the headstrap, so it must be washed periodically in hot detergent water. C.
