Guest guest
There's a woman (from colorado but now in florida I think) who is going through mold poisoning and now MCS. I've talked to her a few times after someone gave me her number. I don't know her but I do know she's in the beginning phases of everything and is extremely distraught, suicidal, without any support or help. Her parents think she's crazy, and I think she went to go stay with them. I've tried to offer her advice about what to do, about getting possibly to Dr. Shoemaker and reading Mold Warriors and getting online for support and information. But she's been too overwhelmed to really understand... ** last night she left a message for me in the middle of the night that she is going to kill herself. I don't know her well but tried to advise her re:mold warriors, dr shoemaker, etc but she's too manic to hear much and says she can't deal with this anymore. I left a message for her and I do think she hasn't done it...yet. I think it would really help if she was able to hear from other people who've gone through this - as she says I'm the only one who knows about mold and MCS (because she can't get online) and wants to hear from anyone else who also has gone through this and understands. I told her I'd try to get others to reach out. If there is anyone who thinks they can offer support to her, please call her at 303-818-7074. Her name is . Thank you Jill
Guest guest
I would like to emphasize the behavioral aspect of mold poisoning. Her unstable frame of mind could be entirely due to mold. Hopefuly her parents home is a better place for her to recuperate. Maybe, if it is a fairly mold free environment, she will calm down, and start to feel better. > > There's a woman (from colorado but now in florida I think) who is going through mold poisoning and now MCS. Her unstable frame of mind could be entirely due to mold. The only time I have not been suicidal were the weeks I first spent in a tent. I know it can cause neurological problems. I was not able to follow through with it for a couple of reasons. My mental condition has gotten worse since coming to the desert and being in a tent. In high winds the tent flaps all day long and wears on a person's already bad nerves plus the coldness seems to make things worse?? I know I feel better when it is warm, not hot, and I haven't felt good in the cold for years. This is the first year I have not gone south for the winter but Brownsville is very moldy and so far I am concerned about going into Mexico in my condition. If she speaks spanish, maybe she can go to Mexico with --------------------------------- Personals Skip the bars and set-ups and start using Personals for free
Guest guest
Jill, Thanks for relaying this information about . I also had several other people email me and I spoke with her earlier today. She seems to be doing much better, she was having a difficult time handling a bad chemical hit, after she had been doing so well for so long. Thanks to the good ole pest control company spraying the grounds. Hopefully she will be ok and just let this chemical hit run it's course, there is not much you can do. She is very strict with her diet, trying alot of detox methods and is seeing a local doctor that seems to be pretty decent. I think she will be ok. Just has to work through it.
