Guest guest Posted February 28, 2002 Report Share Posted February 28, 2002 Hazelnut Roca Serves: 6 1 cup butter 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 cup chopped hazelnuts 1 6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips Cook butter and brown sugar together in saucepan for 5 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup hazelnuts in bottom of 9x13inch pan. Pour caramel layer over nuts. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Chill. Cut into squares.
