Guest guest
Does anyone here know what are the best vaccums? Are any of the 'bagless' ones like the Dyson good at cleaning up mold. They are so expensive but the filterless aspect is pretty cool.. I use up a lot of filters.. this ends up costing a fair amount of money... Guest guest
I bought a Dyson 2 months ago and it isn't heavy at all and it cleans great! I heard that they made some changes from last year, maybe the weight was one of them. One good feature is that you can put the canister in a bag then release the contents with the flip of a lever that is located on the top. I just wrap a plastic bag around it and go outside then pull the lever and the dust/dirt drops into the bag. Then I just tie it carefully and throw it away. Simple and so far I'm very pleased with it. You can go to Sears and they will give you a demonstration of how it works and any others that you might be interested in. Sue Home Depot has some Dyson right now. Last years model is discounted and a pretty good price for a Hepa. I've heard they are good but don't remember where. National Allergy Supply online sells them. They may be rated at Allergy Club online. I looked at them at Home Depot and only thing I didn't like is that they are heavy. I don't know if they have power to wheels. Some vacuums do and that helps if the body of vacuum is heavy. I suffer alot from fatigue so fact it was heavy was a big negative for me. Bob: please help me understand something posted recently, by I think. Something was said about directing your vacuum hose to blow inside things to the outside. Something that would suck the inside air and blow it outside sounds good but how would it be done with say a Dyson?
