Loni, there is a light silk mask that helps me, sold by allery

control,products-I Can Breath Again mask- you can carry it in your

pocket, and is light enough to where at any time, if you don't mind

looking like a duck- you wash it out every day- lasts a long time

you'll have to learn to pace yourself, loni.....i've found that out YEARS

ago, after my onset of this horrific illness. you may not (probably not) be

able to do ALL you formerly did.....i know, i sure can't. i do the

important things, & forget the rest.

Where do you get the masks that you talk about? The charcoal type and the

Vespro? I think I'd like to get some to keep on hand especially in the car.

Many times when I'm in traffic the fumes begin to bother me.

This is really the pits, isn't it? My lungs were hurting the other night

too, from something I

was exposed to. I got a mask some time back, one with a charcoal filter. The

allergy sites

have a selection. I got a Vespro, in purple (I had to get it from Canada,

extra$, but I like

color). Before I sunk much money into a mask, I got one of those blue

charcoal ones from

Home Depot to try out.

There are online places- allergy sites. I looked up the Vespro on the internet,

and they

have the coolest masks in many different colors. However, they are an Irish

company, so I

really had to search around online to find a colored one. The black ones are

more

common.

I believe the masks were developed with the Irish Gov't with protection from

terrorism in

mind, for the soldiers, etc.
