The word Chiropractic is used in the

Vet Practice Act in Oregon

:

‘(8) Failure to obtain the client’s

written permission before using unorthodox or nonstandard

methods of diagnosis or treatment.

Acupuncture, chiropractic or herbal medicine are not

considered unorthodox or nonstandard.’

They use a small letter ‘c’ but to me the

intent is clear…. they use Chiropractic. I am just wondering how we

reconcile this with our own Practice Act that prohibits the use of that word by

non-Chiropractors?
