Given the bureaucracy Prime Directive of creating ever more records,

record keeping, regulation, administrative rules, review panels, revised

implementation advisory panels, Deputy Assistant Director to the

Assistant Director of the Department of Redundancy Department, all to be

filed under HIPPA guidelines, etc....how do we propose to accomplish

PATIENT care when CASE management is so vital???
