Eva, I was sorry to read about all your problems in your e-mail. You need to

talk to one of the top toxic tort attorneys in LA to see if you have any

legal rights and talk to one of the MD's in LA who see mold exposed people like

you, hopefully for little or no payment,

Dr. Lipsey,

My ex- fiance and his two children were homeless for

nine months and all belongings highly contaminated

with stachybotrys and micotoxins.(All at the dump now)

I lost everything and was very very ill. Our own

attorneys refused to do destructive testing despite

many written requests. The defense claimed to have

found some fault in the air flow results. My boyfriend

broke up with me and I have extreme allergic reactions

to mold. The attorneys kept the 50,000 settlement for

their fees and I got nothing. I had the highest blood

level stachy. Disability turned me down. The video

that I produced " Toxic Mold Solutions " helped the

people who sued over fear of cancer win their suit. I

lost all of my precious belongings, the children I

raised and nearly my life and my boyfriend. The owners

of the rental house had it torn down before I could

get any more testing done. The only testing the

defense did was on our belongings that were in

storage- result stachybotrys aspergillis and

pennicilium. My truck was destroyed by our car

insurance company and received blue book price. My new

work place has stachy in the air conditioning. I don't

think I can hold out much longer. The attorneys were

Huron Law group in Century City CA. I think that you

should call Huron and ask them for the records on

their " experts " .
