There is a high prevalence of head, face, and neck pain syndromes in the general population. Many patients struggle to find plausible explanations and effective treatments for their symptoms. Dr. Thiringer will discuss typical and atypical aspects of common head, neck and pain syndromes highlighting approaches to treatment that can adapt to the individual to maximize therapeutic benefit.

Speaker:

Dr. J. Kim Thiringer practices Otolaryngology at Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates in Hillsboro, Oregon. Previously he served as the Chief Medical Officer and Director for Organizational Excellence at the Navy Medical Center in San Diego, California. He graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. Dr. Thiringer has presented and published extensively on this topic.
