need EENT in Portland metro area

I have a patient who has had sinus surgery and needs a referral to

another EENT for a second opinion. The surgery did not go well and she

is trying to find out if the residual effects are permanent. Any

suggestions? Ideally this person would accept Kaiser insurance, but

that is not an absolute requirement.
