Guest guest
I just read Gretchen's post and realized my previous response sounded a little depressing. What I should add is that when I say that I feel that there is not much else I can do, I don't mean that in a dark and dismal way. I have simply accepted my condition and found that I can be happy despite my challenges. Most people have challenges of some sort. I focus on the good things in life. I have many blessings. I feel so lucky to have the things I do have. I take good care of myself. I speak up when I need help or to rest and all of my family/ friends/coworkers know about my condition. They are my support system. -
Guest guest
I don't have tremors...or so I thought I ! Then Russ told me when I'm sleeping my finger are constantly moving...once I fall asleep I don't move ..I wake up in the same as when I feel asleep in....I guess I'm just so exhausted.
