We contacted AXIS Panel in December 2007, to request that we be removed from MultiPlan immediately. We no longer believe that we need to take a reduction from our reasonable, usual, and customary fees for the privilege of being a part of MultiPlan¹s network. Sincerely, E. Abrahamson, D.C.
