Interesting new scope for New Mexico's DC's who choose to have " Advance

Practice " certification. See the attached NMCA journal page 6-7 for

details. Basically, DC's in that state now have the same scope as ND's

in Oregon. This opens up some interesting opportunities for DC's in New

Mexico, especially if the Obama camp is successful in following thru

some insurance parity.
