Tingling fingers

I have a pt 25 yo, post mva,having tingling in R fingers ,12,3.-Phalens T.

-hyperabduction T. -Valsalva, sensation T normal. Adj C5,C6,C7 with no

improvements 4X. Nerve entrapment or what. Normal XRays.

This is a probable T3 syndrome- look at scapulothoracic and rib involvement.Hand pain can come from three sources- cervical, scapulothoracic, and local. Rhomboids and splenius capitus as well as levator scapula can have trigger points. Try an Activator on these areas if manual adjusting doesn't help. Don't forget the wrist, especially if he had hands on steering wheel at impact
