Guest guest
It is most definitely a mindset thing. And now, doing it seems as natural as breathing. I had dinner tonight with a group of folks and when they passed around the coffee everyone else shared this huge piece of cheesecake. It didn't bother me one bit that I wasn't eating any. I didn't want to and did not even crave it. And it was the genuine New York deli kind. The mindset is everything. And a very large chunk of desire above all else. Guest guest
Bridgette, Once someone asked me " how can you stay slim if you eat all the time? " I had to explain to them that this is precisely the reason why I am able to remain that way. Of course they thought I was pulling their leg or something and said that if they ate that often they'd balloon out so fast. Folks just don't get it. Guest guest
It topok me 2 years of yo-yo dieting to get it. I used to hate food for what IT did to me (Made me fat) - now I love food for what it does to me (Nurish me and keep me healthy) That is a entirely new thing for me. And my mom who is 63 finally gets it too. Bridgette > Bridgette, > Once someone asked me " how can you stay slim if you eat all the > time? Guest guest
re: internal coccyx adjustment When I first was introduced to this concept in class WSCC circa 1977 I was as incredulous as any. The results from appropriate application in suitable clinical presentation over the next few years changed my mind. It is not often I find such is necessary in my own practice, but consider it a most beneficial technique where others have been inadequate for the condition. I have seen many benefit in spite of my initial misgivings. I wonder how many DCs these days actually include this as part of their practice. J.
