Guest guest
Simply answer Joe is “Don’t Hold Your Breath” waiting for payment of your outstanding bill! I would call the attorney and see if you can glean from him if your patient instructed the attorney to give them all the money and they would pay your bill (…and if the Pope had wheels he’d be a wagon). This would at least let you know if you need to contact the patient for payment and start that ball rolling versus sitting by the mail box (in the rain..snow this weekend) waiting for that attorney check! Good luck….your probably going to need it buddy! Vern Saboe From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of joe medlin Sent: Tuesday, December 09, 2008 10:53 AM Subject: PIP payment Hi folks! Guest guest
Hi Joe If you feel the attorney was inappropriate , you may want to file a complaint with PLF (professional liability fund) Have used them a couple of times in the past with FAST results. Be sure the patient signed your assignment form. Bob W. Pfeiffer, DC, DABCO P. O.
