coconut oil

All claims aside, I

personally went through a batch or two a few years back as part of my

own issue with gall stones.

I have never cared for coconuts, whether milk, oil, tub o'lard

similacrum, dried root, shredded wad of canvas like material, poultice,

powder or other variants.

The two versions of the stuff I gagged down weren't really all that

bad, it's just I didn't, don't and never will care for the flavor, the

odor, the sensation on my skin or in any digestive tract, whether

edible, wearable, drinkable, or in hand soap or votive candle versions.

That aside, in combination with other elements of the program, all gall

stone symptoms are long gone.
