Guest guest
Hello pushcrash@..., In reference to your comment: è One thing you'd want to careful of is taking any è chances of combining aluminum foil with lye contained è in various cleaning solutions. That combination will è produce some new VOC's you definitely don't want to è deal with. ******I removed all cleaning solutions and chemical from my home years ago. I use vinegar, baking soda and am now testing a new chemical free cleaning solution by a company here in Arizona. I can use chlorox but not when my daughter comes over. Bleach is very toxic to her. One of their biggest clients for this cleaning product is the NYC fire department. This stuff removed soil from fire fighters clothes, but from everything I have used it on, it is fantastic. I have a friend who is thinking about buying the company and she is having me and several of my lymie/chemical sensitive people use these products for her own private study. She and I work with Dr Doris Rapp, MD testing products to recommend to MCS people. Dr Rapp is a hoot.....I have been working with her on the pesticide issue here in Arizona. She is a delight to work with and such a brilliant woman. We are working on a few projects that will help lymies, MCS and pesticide people. She is still lecturing all over the country....the woman amazes me. She is quiet the tennis player too. Hell, I can't run from serving position to the net without falling over and she beats the pants off of 45 year olds...Keep in mind she is 72 yrs old and running all over the country helping sick folks. AMAZING woman..... Keep a smile on your face, love in your heart and walk with the angels, holding hands in the " chain of love " ..... Angel Huggzz or Angel L.E.A.P. Guest guest
I haven't gone to those extremes with cleaners, as I'm not MCS. My best find so far has been plain old-fashioned borax. But the new stuff sounds interesting. MCS or not, there's no good reason I can think of to use harsh chemicals if something milder will get the job done.
