Guest guest
Hi Rosie, Thank you for your reply. You are right about the psyillium husks and I will keep them separate. Hard to find a right time with kids being in school. I like the idea of the husks being at bedtime, but we have always done cod liver oil last thing. The multi-vitamins are done with meals. I did not mention I do give a probiotic. Dr.Schaller has his new book out and I really like it so far. In some ways it is better than Mold Warriors as I think many get glazed over by some of the content being too tedious. So far, it lays information out with the minimum of words, I like the style of writing better than mold warriors. My doctor claimed to page through Mold Warriors, but I think there were too many personal stories mixed in with the facts. I am rereading Mold Warriors and it reads much better for me the second time, most people are not that interested and we lose them easily. A preview is available here: http://www.mold-free.org/whentrad25.pdf I ordered it at: http://www.mold-free.org/index1.html In it he mentions that some people use chitosan as a substitute for CSM. It has the same positive charge to attract toxins and last night I was up reading medical reports where the two have been tested side by side, looks pretty good for not being a prescription. I may try using it mixed with a little charcoal. Even if I am not a levels Dr.Shoemaker would use with CSM, it may be better at removing toxins even if slow than without it. I emailed Dr.Shoemaker and asked again for a list of doctors using his protocol near where I live. Once tested I would send the results and go if indeed the tests proved positive to need this type of treatment. I wrote that I would sign a waiver since they had problems with giving out names. I do not want to travel again across the country unless I am more certain. My son passed the visual test online, but Dr.Schaller said some who are toxic can pass this test and that a computer screen is not as good as a paper test for false-negatives. I do know he is very, very reactive to mold and had high IgE,IgM,IgG levels. What the best course of action in treatment is hard to see, we have had high hopes too many times.
