Guest guest
Hi All- What is the going rate for us DC's to fulfill attorney's records requests? We're thinking a ballpark minimum of $25, and then more on a per page basis. Anyone else? Thanks very much, -Noel Snodgrass DC drsnodgrass.net
Guest guest
Hi Doc, If this is a auto PIP case you can charge the attorney no more than the workers’ comp fee schedule. Guest guest
Noel: The latest "Back Talk" newsletter from the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners posted the new fee schedule put out by the 2007 Legislature for copying patient records (SB 591): No more than $30 for 10 or fewer pages. No more than 50 cents per page for pages 11-50. No more than 25 cents for each additional page. An additional $5 charge is allowed if the records are processed and mailed first class within 7 business days after the date of the request. Lyndon McGill, D.C.
