FWIW,

I bought a breathing mask from Home Depot several months ago and I have found

it helpful. I don't like wearing it all of the time as it is harder to breathe

but I am really helped in using the computer and when driving for a longer

distance. It needs to be able to filter out mold spores. Mine is a MSA

low-profile 100, P/N 815303.

For new members, we had a recent conversations and someone posted a study

which showed that chemicals which are in most all shampoos can activate

mycotoxins. These are Lauryl and Laureth sulfates. sure enough I found them in

all of my shampoos. However if I do not use a dandruff shampoo everyday, my

forehead and around my eyes break out in rashes. I found a brand at the

health food store which is named 84% aloe shampoo. I have been using it for

three weeks and works great. also almost all bar soaps have these chemicals. I

bought one which was mostly olive oil and it also works good. I think I could

tell I lessened by body load as I use to feel a little bad after showering and

now I am okay.
