Healthy Green Smoothie_Dr. Oz

Dr. Oz was is with docs who specialize in " Functional " medicine. (which sounds

like a new name for Holistic to me)

They made the following green smoothie in the VM:

Greens (of choice)

blueberries

brazil nuts

flax seeds

Cooled green tea

Was an ugly blue grey color but they said it tasted good.

They also made one with watermelon rind, citrus and vodka.

Well I don't know about a vodka smoothie but the other one sounds

delicious. I have developed a thought that color does not matter, when

it comes to smoothies, it is how it tastes! I have everything I need to

make that smoothie for dessert tonight. Yum.
