I wanted to try it before I decided to try to make it myself. Anyway, I found 2 kinds in the organic section. I purchased the one that is unrefined for medium heat. (the other one was refined and for high heat.) But I guess I am confused. Should I have looked for butter not oil? Can this oil be added to a cold smoothie?
