Guest guest
Has anyone got an opinion on this product? Strangely enough, I have known my sister in law for almost 35 years and until today I did not know she suffers from IBS. Our son has struggled for years and recently a doctor said he " might " have ibs. She knew he struggled because we told her in 2008 when we were in Okla, but she never mentioned her problem. Anyhow. She now says she has gone back onto Green Barley (drinks it every morning) after realizing it helped when she was on it a few years back. She says it helps her ibs. So, anyone have knowledge or opinion. Of course I prefer VM greens, but barley greens are apparently different. Velda
Guest guest
Do you know what brand she is using? There are several, some better than others. Barley grass is a very nourishing green-full of chloraphyl and other goodies. It is as good as wheatgrass, and very easy to grow. Fresh is of course ALWAYS better, but if it is pure dehydrated barley grass she is using, without a bunch of fillers, then she is probably on the right track. > > Has anyone got an opinion on this product? Guest guest
Barley Green Magma is the brand she said. She said it's a green powder she mixes and drinks. I looked up the site and it sort of bothered me that it took quite a bit of searching the site to get a list of ingredients. The list is quite short if it is the true list of all ingredients. Mainly barley grass and brown rice. I also looked up Green Vibrance, and it has a long list of ingredients which shows which (all but the ocean ingredients) are organic non gmo etc. I am thinking for our son a shorter list of ingredients might be better simply to shorten the number of ingredients we need to think about if it helps or does not.
