So I thought I'd watch the DVD and darn! I fell asleep in the middle of it. So I fast forward and tried real hard to stay awake to watch the rest of it. So now I have a question. In the video they use yogurt with the frozen fruit. I never was a yogurt person and I've seen many different kinds in the store and also Greek yogurt? What's the best kind to get or the healthiest kind? Guest guest Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 If you want a truly HEALTHY yogurt, you will want to avoid MOST of the rows and rows of commercial ones, which are full of preservatives, chemicals, thickeners, artificial sweeteners, etc. I recommend FAGE brand (pronounced FA YEAH) greek yogurt, or one that contains only milk and ACTIVE LIFE CULTURES. Many commercial yogurts are just as fatenning and sugar laden as ice cream, so just be sure to get a good one. They also make fruit flavored (has real fruit in it) Fage, but I prefer the plain so I can add fruit if I want sweet, or use in savory situations, such as in place of sour cream on a baked potato.
