Guest guest
YES-I have a tip! Throw in a piece of ham, then call yourself Dr. Seusse! Green eggs and Ham, Sam I am! Just kidding...the fix for that would be to blend up your eggs first, then add the herbs on a lower speed, where they just get chopped and not actually blended in to the mix. > > So I had an idea today for an alternate to a green smoothie... Guest guest
Hello Wes,Did you cook it in the Vitamix, or in a flying pan?I use the Vitamix on the lower variable speeds to chop the veggies (and scramble the eggs) at the same time, then, I pour the mix into the skillet for an omelet, or a pie shell for a quiche. (if I'm making a quiche, I add some half-n-half and often some feta - or other crumbly cheese - to the mix) Blessings,Lea Ann SavageSatellite Beach, FL(321) 773-7088 (home)(321-961-9219 (cell)))><'>www.VitamixLady.comwww..com<))>< On Jan 19, 2012, at 9:46 AM, Wes Thierry wrote: So I had an idea today for an alternate to a green smoothie... Guest guest
I liquified the spinich and half the tomato to the eggs , probably is why it didnt cook like an omlette. next time Ill just do the eggs alone, and then wet chop the veggies into it.... Guest guest
Wes used normal hen's eggs, but they turned green from the spinach. The story called Green Eggs n Ham is purely fictional children's tale. It's a very old story. That I know of, there is no such thing as green eggs in real life, unless we add spinach to them in the VM like Wes did.
