Made my first applesauce today-yummy

I just used 2 organic gala apples and a sprinkle of cinnamon. I had seen the recipe on youtube. It was soo easy and so yummy, what a great fast way to satisfy a sweet tooth. I wish I would have had a vitamix when my kids were babies, and had been smarter about healthier eating, it would have saved me tons on baby food. My son has a girlfriend and they are talking about marriage, I think if a baby ever comes around, I will buy them one and show them how to make healthy food for their baby.
