Thanks ! I will definitely check that out and also share that with my sister. She had been taking Boniva but has since stopped after I found out how bad those medications really are.

I'm off of raw milk for a while as I try to figure out the cause of a rash. It hasn't improved while I've been off of the raw milk though, so I think that it is stress-induced psoriasis and I may be back on raw milk soon…

Dear Lea Ann,

I’m no expert on DE, but my

understanding is that its effect on bone health may or may not be specifically

detectable; it isn’t like taking a drug or something. It’s

more like consuming a tonifying herb or or practicing a long-term breathing

technique: The body will take what it needs in its own time and

way. I do know that DE is pretty much entirely inert and has no detectable

chemical action on the body, but can be beneficial in several ways to body

systems that need support or cleansing. Many get benefits to their bowel

health. People have reported stronger nails and healthier hair, and improved

skin. But as you know…what works for the goose may not work for the

gander when it comes to natural substances. The body’s wisdom must

be trusted.

There’s a ton of info on consuming

food grade DE for health floating around the web. (And for anyone buying DE to

consume, it absolutely MUST be Food Grade.)
