I believe she said it's about one peach, half a banana, 3/4 cup of berries, 1/2 pound of greens, and based on the recipe on her website it seems that she adds 2.5 cups of water and yields about two quarts of total smoothie. By my estimation (with a whole piece of fruit as one serving and a cup of greens as one serving), I don't see anywhere near 30 servings of fruits and vegetables in her total smoothie (with 15 in each quart). Am I missing something?

I am thinking too, she may be depending on a USDA type serving,

where half a cup of something is a serving, so a 1/4 lb of green

beans might be several servings.
