Hello Everyone,

I'd like to build up the links section and focus first on the Recipe folder -

the Green Smoothies sub folder.

Please reply to this post with your FAVORITE Green Smoothie recipe or one that

is especially unusual that you really like.

I have a different folder for the non-fruit green smoothies, so let's keep this

section on the fruit + DGLV (dark green leafy vegetables) Green Smoothies.

Also, as much as possible, let's list Green Smoothies without additives like

yogurt, flax, etc. Learning to appreciate the flavors of just fruits and greens

is a " possible " goal for some people and hopefully this link can be a source of

recipes and inspiration.

I'll start with one of my favorites (and very plain and simple)

When oranges are in season, sweet and ripe…

One large or two very small oranges peeled (but white pith remaining)

Romaine Lettuce (when it is sweet)

Ice + water to desired consistency!

(Stevia if you must have it)

My tastes I am sure are different from some others, but I LOVE this creamy,

green, tasty " Green Orange Juice " :-)

Blessings,

One of my favorites is:

1/2 large cucumber

1 stalk of celery

Small handful of parsley

lemon juice of 1/2 lemon

2-3 drops of stevia

Large handful of baby spinach

Blend and enjoy!
