Yes, Beth go to www.ocdhelp.org and Ask the Experts. OCSDA = OC & Spectrum

Disorders = hence ADHD. Chances are if your scroll through the questions you

will find some already posted answers.

BTW = we are in the process of revamping the Ask the Experts Bulletin Board

by subject so in the future it will be easier to scroll the topic of interest.
