I am lucky enough to have a market here that is a health food store

with a large fresh food section (even flats of wheat grass and lots

of other greens, all organic) and a large bulk section, including

flax seeds and many others.

I live in the Sacramento CA area.

try osaka or T & T stores who sell chia seeds in bulk. Wholefoods sell these pre-packaged.
