Hello Everyone,

Several of you were discussing a very good quality thermos a while back, but I

can't find the thread - can someone tell me the brand of the thermos that keeps

things REALLY hot and REALLY cold :-)

Thanks in advance!

I have the Thermos Nissan 34oz bottle that I had originally purchased to carry coffee in but it was too big. It kept things very hot for a long time. Now I use it to take my smoothie to work and drink it all morning and it has been wonderful. I bought it on Amazon because it has over 350 very positive reviews. It has lived up to everything people said about it and it was $23.-janelOn Feb 20, 2012, at 10:11 AM, Lea Ann Savage <lsavage@...> wrote:

Thanks for this link. I posted earlier about the glass water bottle with sleeve.

It doesn't leak and looks super cool, but now I'm scared to tote it around

outside in case I drop it or something. I just use it at home.

I try to use glass for most things, but stainless steel is my second choice. I

think I'll get this thermos for going out! :)

Thanks,

Mimi

Hey Lea Ann:

The reason you may have not been able to find the thread was that I posted this

thread on the 30DGSC site and several others that tried the hydroflask as well

also posted their thoughts:

" Have you ever seen a hydroflask? It keeps liquids cold for 24 hours and hot for

12 hours. I first bought it for drinking water as I only like water when it is

ice cold and it really worked so now using it for my smoothies.

I bought mine at the local state fair and have used since September and it works

wonderful - several of my friends have ordered theirs from Amazon and can't

believe how long things stay hot/cold. I have both the 26 oz and 21 oz.

Just received their insulated food flask that I wanted for soups but have yet to

try same.

Also, I use the original top that came with the hydroflask as they have a

warning that the sports top isn't guaranteed not to leak like the original top

is.
