Guest guest Posted February 23, 2012 Report Share Posted February 23, 2012 Mango Coconut Sauce Recipe By: Terry Pogue Ingredients 1 bag mango -- thawed 1/2 cup sugar 1 can of cream of coconut plus some of the water at the bottom of the can but not all. 1/4 cup dark rum Instructions Everything goes into the Vitamix and is blended until it's smooth as silk and the consistent of a heavy cream lightly beaten.
