Lea Ann today there have been many comments and links on different topics including yours. The Internet is vast and you can find compelling information on about any side of a topic you can name. I am not positive the person handing out advice on fats is correct and it goes against much of my reading. In fact if you read her disclaimer http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/sarah/disclaimer/ she is not willing to stand by her recommendations. Her advice is consulate a physician before taking any of her recommendations. While you may have benefited from her advice I would suggest other readers to look a little more deeply in to fats.
