Guest guest
I'm on day 20 and loving it! My longest has been a 52 day feast last year. I was doing great but lost more weight than I wanted to. This time it's been much better, I'm maintaining my weight and have lots of energy!Sent from my iPhoneOn Feb 15, 2012, at 8:12 AM, tuzahu973@... wrote: maybe you didn't add enough carbs to it, add some more fruit, and drink all you want. <<OH my gosh...amazing. maybe I will try it again after I read all about it. Guest guest
I will add more carbs. I tried mainly veggies so as not to have too much sugar but I suppose on juice only you would need more, fruit to sustain you- RobbinOn Feb 15, 2012, at 8:23 AM, Rene <Rene.Oswald@...> wrote: I'm on day 20 and loving it! Guest guest
Maybe try gradually cutting back things that might cause a withdrawal, like caffeine, while at the same time, eating more fresh, whole foods. Then when you try again, it won't be such a drastic shock to your system and will be easier. Fran In a message dated 2/15/2012 12:25:19 P.M.
