I picked up your email and am putting it on the oxyplus list. Have

you called ACLU? I would do that right away. I don't see how it can

be a hearing if you don't get to talk. I hope some legal minds out

there pick up on this for you. I wish you a good outcome. The world

needs healers.

I am a healer in montana. The state medical board is trying to convict

me for practicing medicine without a license. I am an herbalist and do

energy analysis based on the energy output of the body using radionics,

but only for testing, not for treating. I make suggestions based on the

energy imbalance using herbs, flower essences,and homeopathics.

This happened first in 1992; I thought it had been dropped. Now I get a

phone call from the center I used to work at 8 years ago -- a letter is

there from the state medical board giving me to the 20th of july 2000 to

respond to the charges ...also they say I cannot have representation at

at the hearing nor any witness and I cannot even defend myself.

I don't have money to defend myself, or know how to.
