Guest guest
Are you making your own peanut butter? I don't measure so I can't be that helpful except to say either use fresh or frozen banana, milk, almond milk or soy milk, whatever your kids drink, and maybe throw in some grapes too. I have learned you read other recipes and adapt for your neeeds. > > Looking for a easy peanut butter banana smoothie recipe for my kids. > Thanks >

Guest guest
My daughter requests this all the time. We try not to use dairy, but I use 2% milk in this and it's rather thin as far as a smoothie goes but tasty. 2 ripe bananas, peeled 1 tbsp peanut butter 2 cups milk
Guest guest
You could easily sub almond, rice or nut milk in the recipe-all are very easily made in the Vitamix! > > My daughter requests this all the time. Guest guest
I just made this for lunch, but cut the recipe in half and used my homemade yogurt in place of the milk to avoid lactose. Wow! This is so simple and great! Thanks for posting it. ~katrat > > My daughter requests this all the time.
