Dear List Members,

I have read the posts from this past week and really appreciate the

experiences that each of you have shared with our list.

As we start summer it is my hope that each of us can experience a respite

from the stress of OCD in our family life. The absence of school stress

for those of us who have children in school hopefully will bring a time of

comparative rest. As the weeks pass I hope that we can use the months away

from school to prepare for a better school year beginning in August or

September. Several members homeschool as we do; others are contemplating

homeschooling as a possibility. The summer months are slower for us too,

but we continue schooling, only at a slower pace and at reduced hours.

Continuing our course work through the summer with periodic breaks keeps our

sons occupied and preserves competence that might be lost with a long

absence from academic activity.

We currently have 80 families subscribed. If any of you find that you need

your subscriptions stopped for vacations you can adjust your subscription at

the onelist member site or I will gladly take care of it for you. Just let

me know.

My thoughts are with each of you and your children.

Take care.

Louis
