Guest guest
I did some research on the topic. Every single article which headlined "vegetable garden outlawed in Georgia" led back to a single man, Steve , who was growing vegetables on his 2 acres to sell and give away. There is a zone ordinance there not allowing commercial farming in town. He was fighting it last reports as written. The city considered his sales at a farmers market to be commercial, which well it might be in most places. Wrong or right, if the law says no commercial farming, then he should have know better than to be selling at a farmers market. NOTHING at all about vegetable gardens in your home for your own use being outlawed. Another case of a single story on the internet which gets blown out of proportion by sensational headlines "Vegetable Gardening Outlawed in Georgia". It did in Georgia. I read where it will be illegal to even grow one tomato plant. And it'll be illegal to share any food with neighbors. We might kill them with our infected food we grow.
