Hi ,

I read your email and it brought back a situation that also turned us off a

doctor.

He was a specialist, a dermatologist. Our daughter, Tori was about 6 at the time

and

she was constantly rubbing her eyes, so much so they were becoming very red and

irritated. It is very possible this was an OCD behaviour, just one of many other

signs we did not even know had a diagnosed name. The doctor was not able to find

the

reason (i.e. allergy) for the irritation. He just looked right at Tori and said,

" If

you don't stop rubbing your eyes next time you come in I'll have to cut off your

hands. " We were in shock!!!

for now,

from Canada
