Choose one of each:Milk options: coconut, rice, almond, soy (if you use soy)Chocolate options: cocoa powder, carob powder, organic chocolate chipsSweetener options: Stevia, Dates, Honey, Agave, Molasses, (if you use only a little bit of Stevia, you can use 50% less of another sweetener and you won't get the bitter taste of stevia - less sweetener - great taste!)

I make hot chocolate with sunflower seed milk (made in the Vitamix, of course)

cocoa powder and/or cacao nibs, and agave nectar. I also sometimes use homemade

chocolate bars, or Enjoy Life allergy free chocolate mixed with just water-all

are delish-smooth as velvet thanks to the Vitamix!
