Guest guest Posted March 4, 2012 Report Share Posted March 4, 2012 I had signed up for the green smoothie challenge, but didn't quite make it. I started today and loved the first one! Spinach, lemon and ginger tea, carrot, 1/2 apple, celery, cucumber. My question is this.. If I did this for weight loss how much green smoothie do I have to drink? 8 oz, 10 oz?
