Using Almond or Coconut Flour in the bread recipes?

Have any of you done this?

I should not even be asking since I am trying to stay far away from breads and

grains/starches as well~~~~BUT, for the first time today I looked through some

of the bread recipes in the Whole Foods book (looking for the banana citrus

recipe! LOL) and they look SO good!

My son would love them, and maybe just a bite or three for me down the road a

bit (6 months or so *sigh*).

I don't use wheat type products and since we rarely use bread any longer I have

not tried the almond flour.
