Hello,

I just wanted to send this to the list so that I can add it to the links. I

In short - the Nutritional Yeast is the tasty/cheesy choice that most people use

for flavor enhancement.

Brewer's Yeast is also full of B Vitamins and some " good stuff " but has a rather

bitter taste (it is the by-product of beer making :-)

Nutritional Yeast tastes really good to me, but too much of anything is not a

good thing :-) Here is a discussion on the free glutamic acid which occurs
