I was telling her about the amazing ice cream with the Xanthan Gum and also cooking the Lemon Curd in the Vitamix. She has never even made soup. She said she was so afraid she'd break the machine because of the noise!!! So, I tried to reassure her. Then I told her to do it and if she broke it I'd buy her another one. Still not sure she try I suggested she come by my house and I'd give her a demo. That way she could hear how it " sounds " like you could break it but it would be fine. So tomorrow when she comes I'm making ice cream first and then cooking lemon curd to show her.
